Recruitment Consultant: £25,000
This is a varied role requiring the ability to sell, interview and match staff to the right assignments within the temporary sector of the logistics and industrial industry. The successful applicant will be responsible for winning new business and filling orders. To achieve this you will be identifying prospects, conducting sales calls, recruiting and managing driving and industrial staff. The successful applicant must be self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed. You must be able to pay attention to detail and sell the Eclipse brand to prospective clients and candidates. You must also have good numeracy and literacy skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
The position will involve establishing new leads and winning new business as well as the daily planning and covering of booking and dealing with existing clients. Along with dealing with the clients you will be responsible for advertising, interviewing and recruiting suitable candidates to cover any and all client bookings. We offer a 24-hour service to our clients and staff therefore the position will involve being on call out of hours on a rota shift with other consultants.
The ideal candidate will have a transport or industrial background or previous recruitment experience. You must have a full UK driver’s licence and your own transport. A high level of computer literacy and attention to detail is also required. Good written and oral communication skills are essential in order to speak to and communicate with people at all levels from transport and warehouse managers down.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of an established team whilst at the same time being given the chance to grow your own clients and earn uncapped commission. Your first year OTE would be circa £25,000 with the potential for significant increases in the future.
