Are you an excellent communicator with a knack for building strong relationships? Do you have a keen eye for talent and the ability to match the right drivers with the right roles? If so, we’d love to have you join our team as a Recruitment Resourcer.

​

In this role, you'll be responsible for finding, recruiting, and managing HGV drivers, ensuring they’re well-placed and ready to meet our clients' needs. You’ll be a key point of contact, coordinating shifts, and handling any last-minute changes – even outside of regular business hours.

​

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Posting job ads on online boards and social media channels, ensuring each vacancy gets the right visibility.

• Creative Resourcing: Collaborating with our planning team to tackle resourcing challenges, especially in high-demand areas, and thinking creatively to find top talent.

• Social Media Engagement: Utilise social media to build the brand, engage with audiences and drive growth. Identify new social media trends and emerging platforms to enhance the reach and effectiveness of the brand and its services.

• Application Support: Following up on registration documents, assisting candidates with online forms, and identifying any issues they may encounter.

• Compliance Checks: Auditing applications to ensure Right to Work, licence checks, and references are all in order.

• On-Call Coverage: Participating in an on-call rota to ensure Eclipse’s service standards are maintained 24/7 in our always-active industry.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with both drivers and clients.

• Persuasive and personable – capable of convincing drivers that Eclipse is the best choice.

• Detail-oriented and organised, with a knack for managing complex schedules and logistics.

• Reliable and committed, especially when it comes to delivering on promises.

• Flexibility to handle on-call responsibilities and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

• IT Literacy and an excellent level of written English are essential as you will be using our bespoke database, word, excel and outlook. You will also be liaising with customers and drivers via email.

• Valid driving licence with own transport
